Madame Tussaud: A Novel of the French Revolution

Madame Tussaud: A Novel of the French Revolution - Michelle Moran Not the most pleasant book to read, the story of Madame Tussaud is both horrifying and fascinating. A slow story to unfold and at times confusing to read. In the end I am glad I read it and now know the life and trials of an amazing woman.

The Other Boleyn Girl

The Other Boleyn Girl - Philippa Gregory A tantalising glimpse into the times and trials of life amongst the court of Henry VIII. Truly mesmerising, from beginning to end.

Mockingjay (The Hunger Games, Book 3)

Mockingjay - Suzanne Collins The last book in the series was enjoyable but not as enthralling as the previous two books. I feel satisfied with the ending and look forward to seeing the films.

Catching Fire (The Hunger Games, Book 2)

Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins Thrilling to the very end. Two down, one to go.

The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, Book 1)

The Hunger Games - Suzanne Collins Amazing!

Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?

Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow? - Claudia Carroll An interesting idea to base a book on but in the end it turned out how any chicklit/romance book usually does, happily ever after.

My Sister's Keeper: A Novel

My Sister's Keeper - Jodi Picoult This is the first Jodi Picoult book I have read. I found the plot captivating and suspenseful. I must admit that when I found out the real reason why Anna started her lawsuit I was a little swayed with my thoughts of the book. The conclusion was something I never expected but I found the last couple of pages abrubt. All in all it was a good book and I look forward to reading more Jodi Picoult books.
